A wealth management advisor and planner, Steven P. Ford, CLF, LUTCF works as Managing Director for FCG Advisors, LLC,, a wealth management and financial planning organization, located in Chatham, New Jersey. Ford specializes in total financial planning and wealth management using the most start of the art planing and investment strateies and techniques.
Besides being involved in the comprehensive financial planning business for over 30 years, Steve is heavily involved in his community and serves on several boards and charitable organizations.
He is a member of the board of trustees and a finance committee member of the New Jersey-based Summit Area Public Foundation (SAPF). SAPF is a not for profit community foundation that provides grants to tax-exempt programs in and around the Summit area. It has administered approximately 50 donor-advised and restricted-purpose funds, and SAPF distributes more than $ 500,000 annually.
Steve also serves on the board of the Sumnmit YMCA Emeritus Board, and was part of the YMCA finance committee for years. In addition, Ford served as Chaiman of the American Red Cross Southeast Morris NJ Chapter for two years, including the years during and right after 9/11. Ford also serves as Founder and Board Chair of the Summit Men's Lacorss Alumni Assocaiton since 2008 and has served on numerous committees and causes for Middlebury College, College of the Holy Croos (MA), Providence College and the University of Notre Dame.
